Writing and Wellbeing

I offer a variety of writing workshops with a focus on wellbeing, drawing on my experience of teaching and learning yoga and meditation. Workshops are offered in beautiful landscapes such as parks, gardens and on the beach. Participants are invited to slow down, and to use writing as a way to deeply engage with nature and explore their feelings. On some workshops we explore and experiment with free writing as a technique for self-reflection, on others we take walking journeys to experience the meditative aspects of writing. My writing and wellbeing clients have included University of Westminster, the Peabody Trust and the NHS.
