The type of personal information we collect
I collect names and email addresses on this website when you enter this data on the bookings/contact page. This data enables direct e-mail contact in order to process your booking or enquiry.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
If you provide information in the enquiries box then Nancy Stevenson from WriteRetreatUK will correspond with you by email in order to process your booking and update you on the status of your booking. http://www.WriteretreatUK.org is not used to collect personal information beyond your email address and name and will not share this information with other parties.

How I store your personal information
Your email address information is securely stored in my Gmail account.
I keep your email address for 24 months after our last correspondence. I will then dispose your information by deleting your email address and correspondence from my Gmail account.
